We request our customers to go through this end user agreement, as it represents the agreement between you and Kudoshub in respect to the services we provide. By purchasing and using our products and services, you have shown that you agree with our terms and conditions as described below in our Terms of Service page.

Change in the Agreement

Kudoshub enjoys the right to make any change or modify the terms described in the agreement without even any prior notification. Here, we must declare that any change or modification made in our terms of service policy will be effective 30 days after declaring on our website.
If any of such changes have been made in our terms of service, you will be deemed to have read them and agreed to new terms.

Services

Each of the products or services provided by Kudoshub has already been incorporated to our Terms of Service and terms and conditions. Customers who have purchased our products or services are deemed to be abided by our terms of service policies.
By choosing our products or services, customers have made them eligible to get all associated specifications related to the products or services, prices, policies and the delivery process. Here at Kudoshub, we provide customer support and formatting assistance for our products and services. Kudoshub is not responsible for the inaccuracy of information on products and services even if the information is reviewed and edited by Kudoshub. If a customer is agreed to purchase our products or services, this means he or she is purchasing the product for their internal interest. If the customer is no longer interested in purchasing our products or services, he or she must contact us.

Representation and Warranties

If an individual or entity is legally eligible by the local laws to purchase products or services from Kudoshub, the individual or the entity will have the power to enter into this agreement. Thus, during the purchase or order, the individual or entity will have to make sure that;

• All information provided by the customer is authentic and accurate
• Customers will use the service by the laws and regulations

Fees and Payment

When purchasing products or services from Kudoshub, you are agreed to pay us the fees specified for that particular product on our site. All fees will be billed after getting your confirmation in written or any other acceptable forms. You can pay the fees in USD. Customers will be responsible for the sales and associated taxes imposed on that particular product or service.

Payment Terms

If the order or confirmation made by the customer does not say anything about the payment terms, the payment or fees allotted for the order will be due, and customers can pay the fees in advance. Also, if the customer fails to pay the fees within five business days of the notice for overdue payment, Kudoshub will charge late fine that can increase the maximum amount as suggested by the local laws. Also, in the event of payment dispute made by the customer, the customer must issue a written notice within 5 days. Otherwise, the customer will not be entitled to dispute any payable.

Refunds

We’ll give you a refund for a prepaid month if we stop providing the Service and terminate your account without cause. You won’t be entitled to a refund from us under any other circumstances. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund if a Member requests one.

Termination and Suspension

Kudoshub has the power to terminate the agreement at any point of time upon any breach made by the customers. Kudoshub will send a written notice describing the issue, and if it remains unresponsive even after ten days of the issuance of the notice, Kudoshub can terminate the agreement to take further action.
Kudoshub’s right is not limited to the termination of an agreement, as it can also take further action. We can immediately suspend your access to our site and services without any prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Kudoshub will not be liable to any of its customer or third party partner for any direct, indirect, special, and consequential or punitive damages linked to the products or services provided by the company.

Governing Law

We are obliged by the local laws, and all our activities are performed by the state laws. By purchasing our products or services, you agree and agree to abide by local laws and jurisdiction.
Customers are compliant to the laws, and they are agreed to obey the local laws and jurisdiction by ordering or purchasing our products or services. The agreement describes that customers are abided by the rules and regulations applicable to the Terms of Service that is not limited to legal requirements and data privacy laws.

Relationship

It is not the agreement of any joint venture or partnership between customers and Kudoshub. Customers do not have any right to call themselves a representative of Kudoshub.

Retrieving the Data of Terminated Account

If your account at Kudoshub has been terminated due to some valid reasons and all the fees are unpaid, and you have sent us within 30 days, we will provide you the customer recipient data. However, after the 30 days, Kudoshub is not obliged to retain the recipient data, and they can be deleted without any prior notice. If you fail to convert your account to a standard customer within 30 days, we have the right to delete all customer recipient data.

Past Due Bills

In case of credit card decline, Kudoshub will make an effort to reach you for an alternative payment method. If we fail to resolve the issue with available options, the account of the customer will be terminated, and we will attempt to collect all the due bills at your expense.

Pricing and Customer

Kudoshub has the exclusive right to review, modify or change the pricing or charges of its products and services. Also we are authorized to accept, reject or terminate our service to any customer or prospect at any point in time.
Our Terms of Service page defines the responsibilities and obligations of both parties. It shows the rights and responsibilities of Kudoshub and its customers along with the consequences on any kind breach and non-compliance of terms and conditions.
